I love how the interior design like a trailer (very long), love the window view of fences (limited land spacing) and closeness to lack of privacy with neighbors, love the tall cell tower, love the HOA, love the cheap shower tiles. ❤
Hello, well there is a problem! The exterior AC unit is right next to the master bedroom's window ... and the noise will be annoying during the nights and even through out the day when you want to take a snooze or nap! So that should be taken in consideration to be moved elsewhere, far for windows, especially from bedrooms windows!
Different builders don’t do that,all depends on your budget and style,most newer homes they do that because it typically is facing the living room for that “ open concept” that is super popular unless you go custom
Avoid Beazer! They forced us to go through arbitration for numerous issues with our brick, concrete, trim, drywall, shower tile, and a rusted out ac unit that was only 1 year old. We were successful in arbitration and even after winning our case, Beazer still wouldn’t provide us with a settlement offer to repair the issues. After months of back and forth, I gave up and accepted a $45,000 cash settlement.
